Driving Directions
From I-10 (East or West)
Take I-10 to the Euclid Avenue exit. Head north on Euclid Avenue, then turn right (east) onto E Holt Blvd. Continue on E Holt Blvd for approximately 1.5 miles. Our treatment center is located at 1795 E Holt Blvd on the right side. Total drive time from the highway is approximately 5 minutes.
From I-15 (North or South)
Take I-15 to the Jurupa Street/E Holt Blvd exit. Head west on E Holt Blvd toward Ontario. Continue for approximately 2 miles. Our facility is located at 1795 E Holt Blvd on the left side of the road. The drive from the freeway typically takes under 10 minutes depending on traffic.
From Ontario International Airport (ONT)
Exit the airport via Airport Drive heading south. Turn right onto E Holt Blvd heading west. Continue on E Holt Blvd for approximately 2 miles. TGT Treatment is located at 1795 E Holt Blvd. The trip from Ontario International Airport takes approximately 10 minutes. Complimentary airport pickup may be arranged — call us in advance.

Complimentary on-site parking is available for all patients, family members, and visitors. Accessible parking spaces are located directly adjacent to the main entrance. Our lot accommodates both standard vehicles and larger vehicles with ease.
Airport & Transit
Ontario International Airport (ONT) is located just minutes from our facility. We can arrange complimentary airport pickup for patients traveling from out of the area. Omnitrans public bus routes along Holt Blvd also serve our location. Please call ahead so we can coordinate your arrival.
